Here is the garden as it was on our initial site visit.
This is the same aspect on the day of completion. The conifers in the background serve as a marker point.
We designed and built this bridge to allow users to cross the stream and continue their journey around the garden. The path, which extends around the whole feature, incorporates hard wood steps in conjunction with a breedon gravel topping.
Looking upstream from the bridge, one will encounter a series of small cascades, typical of our construction incorporating Purbeck stone. Once the aquatic plants grow the stream will mature into a very natural looking feature.
Here the path graduates to stepping stones. For those not willing to cross here there is an alternative route over the lawn!
