With scaffolding in place the trench sheets
are driven in with an air powered piling hammer.
Negotiating the garden obstacles with a
dumper. All access routes were lined with ply to protect the garden
from damage.
With the scafflod removed the face wall is
completed. Here the pond is still filling. Finished water level
is about half way up the wall.

The timber post and rail revetment
installed along the face of the dam to regain integrity. Finished
water level will be 150mm below the top of the
timber.
